1 gross equals 144 pieces.
10 gross equals 1440 pieces.
How fast do you ship?
We process orders quickly! If you place your order by 2 p.m. EST M-F, we will process your order the same day. Once we process your order, we’ll send you a tracking number.
We ship U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail. Depending on your location, your package should arrive in 2-6 days. Keep in mind that during holidays and other busy postal times, your package may take longer. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only in the United States, including PO Boxes and military bases.

What does the “ss” mean in rhinestone sizing?
Many years ago, when there were naturally occurring rhinestones, collectors sorted them by “stone size”. Today, manufacturers still use the same sizing for rhinestones usually following the corresponding millimeter size. For your convenience, here are the ss sizes with their comparable millimeter size:

Why is the pricing so different among rhinestone manufacturers?
Generally, the pricing of rhinestones among manufacturers depends on the material used to make the rhinestone and the number and arrangement of facets. Cheaper materials and molded rhinestones are cheaper to produce. Whereas, cut crystal is the highest quality rhinestone material.
Which rhinestone brands do you sell?
Currently, we sell the Preciosa Maxima, the highest-quality crystal rhinestone available for purchase. Preciosa is the oldest manufacturer of crystal components. With over 500 years of tradition, Preciosa creates a lead-free rhinestone with 15 pristine facets for intense scintillation.
We also sell the cost-effective Priceless Rhinestone, an Asian-manufactured embellishment. This is a high-quality, machine-cut, crystal rhinestone with 10 facets. The color is consistent between batches and hand-polished for a beautiful sparkle.
We’re continually upgrading and changing our stock, and plan to add other manufacturers soon, so check back often.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will ship Items that are out of stock at no additional charge as soon as it arrives. However, it may take up to 10 days to replenish our stock. If we anticipate any additional delays, we will contact you for further instructions.
